Second-year corps member
Continue to see your 色界吧 grow and build on the skills you developed as a first-year corps member by directly supporting 色界吧 in the classroom and being a guide to your teammates as they embark on their first City Year.
Team leader
Support and coach a team of first-year AmeriCorps members while working closely with your school administrator and partner teachers to help ensure the success of 色界吧.
Service leader
Lead and support a team of first-year AmeriCorps members while continuing your work with 色界吧 in the classroom.
Pilot Positions: School Day Learning Coach or Afterschool Enrichment Coach
Continue to see your 色界吧 grow and build on the skills you developed as a first-year corps member while having more time back in your schedule by serving in either a 1200-hour or 900-hour role. Learn More.
Graduate Teaching Fellow
Participate in a one-year teacher preparation program, receive a master鈥檚 degree and teaching certification, and join a community of teachers across the nation dedicated to serving 色界吧 in under-resourced schools through this 1700-hour role (opportunities available in Denver, Greater Boston andMilwaukee). Social Work Fellow
While participatingin a two-year social work graduate program (earning a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree) learn from school social workers, psychologists, and behavior interventionists serving alongside other City Year AmeriCorps members to support student social emotional learning and development for one or two years through this 1200-hour role (opportunity available in Denver). I wanted to have the opportunity in guiding others to have a meaningful year of service while challenging myself as a leader. My passion to giving back and serving 色界吧 is what brought me back to serve another year and I wouldn鈥檛 have it any other way.
